Transforming Health: A Natural Approach to Cancer

Updated: Mar 10

When a person receives a cancer diagnosis, the world can feel overwhelming. The weight of the news can be crushing. Images of chemotherapy and radiation therapy flood the mind as one tries to process the information. Many associate cancer with death, and understandably so. Despite advances in traditional medical treatments and billions spent on research, survival rates have not improved significantly over the past 50 years. This article will not delve into the failures of traditional medicine. Instead, I aim to share my recommended protocol for fighting cancer through a more natural approach and explain why I have chosen this path.

The Importance of a Strong Defense

The first step after a diagnosis is to strengthen your body’s defense system. This involves improving energy levels and making necessary dietary changes. A hair mineral analysis can provide valuable insights into your body’s needs. This test helps determine the diet that will best support your health and the supplements that can make a direct impact. Additionally, I will discuss the supplements I recommend for fighting cancer and the detoxification methods that are essential for success.

Understanding the Role of Diet

I cannot emphasize enough how crucial a proper diet is for your health and your body’s ability to combat cancer. Unfortunately, many people do not eat well. Our lifestyles often prioritize convenience, leading to a reliance on fast food. Meals come in boxes that require minimal preparation, or we can simply drive to a nearby restaurant for a quick fix. This convenience comes with significant nutritional drawbacks.

  1. Added Sugar: The primary source of calories for many Americans is sugar, particularly high fructose corn syrup. Research shows alarming trends:

  2. In 1700, the average person consumed about 4 pounds of sugar per year.

  3. By 1800, this increased to 18 pounds.

  4. In 1900, individual consumption rose to 90 pounds per year.

  5. As of 2009, over 50% of Americans consumed half a pound of sugar daily—over 180 pounds annually (Mercola, 2010).

  6. Added Chemicals: Many processed foods contain preservatives, artificial flavors, and other additives that are not naturally found in food. These substances can strain the liver and kidneys as they work to filter out toxins. When these organs do not function optimally, it complicates the body's ability to clear medications and dead cancer cells, ultimately diminishing the effectiveness of treatment.

  7. Nutritional Deficiencies: The nutritional content of our food has declined significantly. A landmark study by Donald Davis and his team at the University of Texas revealed that from 1950 to 1999, there were reliable declines in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and vitamin C in various fruits and vegetables. This decline is attributed to agricultural practices that prioritize traits like size and growth rate over nutrition (Moss, n.d.).

Tailoring Your Diet for Optimal Health

When facing any medical condition, diet plays a vital role. In the case of cancer, it is essential for your body to operate at its most efficient level. By determining your oxidation rate through hair analysis, we can identify the diet that suits you best—be it low fat/high protein, ketogenic, vegetarian, or vegan. Once we establish what you should be eating, we will focus on cleaning up your food choices.

This means purchasing fresh, organic vegetables and meats within your budget. Drinking distilled water for the first several months can aid in detoxification. Additionally, incorporating healthy fats can strengthen your immune system. After I receive your hair analysis results, we will discuss your dietary changes in detail over the phone.

The Next Steps in Your Journey

In the next article, I will explore how cancer grows and why your diet is crucial in the fight against it. Understanding these concepts can empower you to take control of your health journey.
